Mike Rea is learning and evaluation (operating principles) coordinator in Mennonite Central Committee's Planning, Learning and Disaster Response department. He works with MCC program in the U.S., Canada and around the world on the integration of MCC’s operating principles in program planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems. Rea has previously worked for West Coast MCC as a program coordinator in the Reedley, California office. He holds a master's in Leadership-Business from Trinity Western University, and a bachelor's degree in Intercultural Studies from Fresno Pacific University. Previously, he worked in higher education (University of California, Merced and Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary) on developing, managing and the implementation of programs that provided high school and college students in under-served populations access to higher education, leadership development and discipleship opportunities. Rea, his wife, Debbie, and their daughter Kiana are part of Prodigal Church in Fresno, California.
