Happy Birthday to the Mennonite Brethren Church! History may not be among your favorite things so you may be tempted to skip over this issue’s focus on the 150-year history of Mennonite Brethren. But I invite you not to, if for no other reason than to be amazed that a journalist could condense 150 years of history into 3,000 words! So scan the articles and browse the photographs looking for connections between your faith and that of your spiritual ancestors. You might be surprised at the family similarities.
