MB Foundation has announced the promotion of Bruce Jost to chief development officer. Jost has served at MB Foundation since 2006 in various capacities, most recently as a vice president. His primary responsibilities have been in the lending department. During his time with MB Foundation, the loan portfolio has expanded from $44.5 million to over $127.7 million today.
“It has been a joy to watch Bruce grow and develop during his years of service at MB Foundation. Each year he has taken on new challenges and steadily grown in his leadership capacity,” says Jon C. As chief development officer, Jost will serve as a member of the senior leadership team, providing oversight and direction to lending, marketing and all client engagement. He will continue to serve from the Hillsboro, Kansas, office.
“My career at MB Foundation has been very rewarding,” Jost says. “I have enjoyed building relationships within the organization and across the constituency. I am excited to transition into this new role as I look forward to the good work ahead of us.”
