LEAD Cohorts offer meeting spaces for small groups of MB pastors, leaders and anyone connected to an MB church. Cohorts meet twice monthly for an hour via Zoom and are free with the exception of books if recommended by the cohort leader.
Topics this fall include:
- Discussion groups for church planters, male pastors, Congolese pastors and leaders and Ethiopian pastors and leaders;
- A discussion of Scott Sauls’ book, Jesus Outside the Lines;
- Contemplative conversations;
- Creating a culture for leadership development (for Spanish-speakers);
- Bible study of people who encountered Jesus, for women only; and
- Leadership principles for long-serving pastors.
LEAD Cohorts offer the opportunity to connect with others in the USMB family while learning and growing together.
