For more than two decades, Lynn Schneider of Huron, South Dakota, has served as a trusted advisor to MB Foundation’s Board of Directors in Hillsboro, Kansas.
Throughout his tenure, Schneider has provided invaluable financial insight and strategic counsel, helping guide the organization through important decisions and opportunities.
In recognition of 26 years of faithful service and leadership, the board of directors has named Lynn Schneider director emeritus.
Schneider has provided significant board leadership during his tenure, including seven years as vice chair and five years as chair. His leadership coincided with a period of remarkable growth for MB Foundation, as assets increased more than tenfold and the loan portfolio grew nearly 690%, expanding the organization’s ability to serve churches and ministries nationwide.
Schneider brought decades of leadership in banking, business, public service and community development. A graduate of Huron University, he built a distinguished career in financial leadership, retiring as president and CEO of American Bank & Trust. He has served on numerous boards and foundations, contributing to his valuable expertise and insight to MB Foundation’s work.
