MB Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of Rod Hamm as ministry development associate. In this new capacity, Hamm is responsible for the continued building of relationships with current clients and developing prospective clients through intentional interactions.

The new position is the result of a growing client base and a continued commitment to connect with and know the people and organizations MB Foundation serves.

Before joining MB Foundation, Hamm served as director of alumni relations at Tabor College. Additional careers in Hillsboro, Kansas, over the years have included the printing industry, auto sales and a previous stint at Tabor that included roles in admissions and athletics.

MB Foundation saw its desire to connect with a growing client base and Hamm’s previous experiences in building relationships, along with an understanding of the Mennonite Brethren community and beyond, to be a good fit for both.

“We are thrilled to have Rod join our ministry,” says Bruce Jost, chief development officer. “People love talking to Rod. To be able to combine his skills and joy in connecting with people while he shares how their money is making an impact for them and the Lord is a great combination!”

Hamm will be reaching out to clients through personal contacts and phone calls to assist with customer service. This aligns with MB Foundation’s mission to encourage and assist individuals and ministries with biblical financial stewardship solutions.
