Pastor of Worship/Adult Ministries: Hillsboro MB Church, Hillsboro, Kansas, is seeking a full-time Pastor of Worship/Adult Ministries to be responsible for guiding the church in expressing the love for God and his creation through worship and assisting the Lead Pastor in the equipping of the saints (roughly 50% worship, 50% adult ministries). Qualifications include holding a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, music ministry, church ministry, or a related field; exhibiting a personal and growing relationship with God, a teachable spirit and a lead worshipper; and experience (a minimum of 1-3 years preferred) in leading groups of people in worship. Global Service Learning Administrative Assistant: Mennonite Central Committee is seeking a full-time Global Service Learning (GSL) Program administrative assistant for the office in Akron, Pennsylvania. This person provides primary administrative support to the IVEP and YAMEN coordinator as well as some duties for the SALT coordinator and GSL director. The duties performed by the incumbent help coordinators meet the goals and objectives of their programs and assist them in day-to-day details of their role. A significant part of this job involves arranging travel logistics for SALT, IVEP and YAMEN participants. These are all yearly programs that place young adults in service assignments around the world: IVEP – International Volunteer Exchange Program; YAMEN – Young Anabaptist Mennonite Exchange Network; SALT – Serving and Learning Together. Manager of Maintenance and Sustainability: Mennonite Central Committee is seeking a full-time manager of Maintenance and Sustainability for the office in Akron, Pennsylvania. This person provides oversight for maintenance at MCC Akron campus, including the office building, dining hall, Welcoming Place (guest houses and meeting center), residential houses and a fleet of vehicles. The manager is committed to practices and initiatives that increase energy efficiency, reduce emissions and support environmental well-being. The manager is responsible for the preventative maintenance plan, for solving maintenance problems and for working with the supervisor and outside personnel (contractors, county and borough authorities) to plan for renovations, building construction and building sale or removal. This person supervises two staff persons and does a share of maintenance work. Must be available on a flexible schedule to respond to maintenance emergencies. Director of Video Streaming: Tabor College is looking for a director of video streaming to provide leadership to the technical and artistic aspects of producing and streaming athletic, performing arts and special events and chapels. All work is done in congruence with the mission and objectives of Tabor College, as well as the stated policies and procedures of the college administration. Qualifications include a deep and abiding relationships with Jesus Christ, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, broadcasting, media production or related field or equivalent work experience. Prefer at least two years of experience with streaming content, broadcasting, and/or sound/lighting design. This is an annual, full-time position; exempt status. Preferred start date is July 1, 2021. Looking for someone with 3-5 years of recruiting and/or sales experience and 2-4 years of organizational leadership experience.
