YOUTH PASTOR: North Oak Community Church in Hays, Kansas, is seeking an experienced servant leader to join our pastoral team as a Youth Pastor. Qualified candidates will be ordained for ministry or qualified for ordination or licensure by the United States Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. The position reports directly to and primary responsibility for oversight and leadership of the church’s youth ministry. ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF COMMUNITY LIFE: Ross Road Community Church, Abbotsford, British Colombia, is seeking a permanent full-time Associate Pastor of Community Life. We seek a mature, born again Christian, qualified to be credentialed by the Mennonite Brethren Conference. This person will discern a vision for adult ministries cohesive with the church’s mission and vision, focus on care group development, pastoral care and community outreach. The successful candidate offers wise biblical responses to cultural and spiritual issues, as well as provides adult, marriage and/or family guidance. He or she is experienced in ministry, a servant leader, in agreement with the church’s Statement of Faith, loves the work of the church and supports others through crisis. Coordinator: MCC U.S. is seeking a Summer Service Program National Coordinator. The Mennonite Central Committee Summer Service Program National Coordinator is responsible for the overall oversight and administration of the Summer Service Program, a short-term program in the United States that supports young people of color in their development of leadership skills through working with their local churches or communities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to working at anti-oppression and possess familiarity and previous engagement with Mennonite, Brethren in Christ or other Anabaptist churches. A Bachelor’s degree or related experience in youth ministry and/or social work is required along with experience working with culturally diverse groups and urban settings and experience working with urban and poverty issues. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred. The National Coordinator builds and maintains relationships and works closely with Summer Service Coordinators in each of the U.S. regional offices.
