Director of MCC U.S. National Advocacy and Program: The director is a senior management position in Mennonite Central Committee U.S., responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of advocacy and national program. The director facilitates strong connections between international and domestic programming, supervises MCC U.S. national program and advocacy staff, leads and monitors strategic planning for the department as directed by the executive director and in collaboration with the MCC U.S. regions, and leads the budgeting process for the department. Department staff work closely together in a team arrangement. This position is administratively responsible to the MCC U.S. executive director and relates closely with the international program director, MCC U.S. regions and the MCC Ottawa and United Nations advocacy offices.
